With 20 years of experience spanning engineering, sustainability, and education, Noverra is bridging the educational gap by sharing hard-won knowledge in accessible, fun, and engaging workshops. We draw on climate action methodologies and best practices and our experience working with nearly 100 organizations across the United States. Our mission is to empower the next generation of sustainability professionals with both technical expertise and practical implementation skills.

We are educators by passion, driven by the desire to contribute to the global, human braintrust, and we are consultants, planners, engineers, and government leaders by profession. There is no textbook to learn from -- we learned this content on our own, and at times, developed the actual processes and methodologies ourselves. We make our content streamlined and focused so that you can get right to the good stuff, without spending too much time on the theorectical.
