Our Story
Until very recently, formal education and content sharing in climate action planning and sustainability were non-existent. Fortunately, that did not stop those of us with a stubborn passion from learning this material on our own. Many of us spent late nights and weekends studying protocols and reports, repeatedly doing and redoing calculations, problem-solving the missing pieces, and finally, after years of trial and error, producing high-quality, world-changing work through a repeatable and transparent methodology.
Sharing these processes and lessons learned takes time, and because much of this work is still relatively new, there remains a gap in many climate action and sustainability service offerings. The good news is that there are experts who can help you fill it -- pioneers with decades of boots-on-the-ground experience. At Noverra Collective, these experts have packaged their knowledge into discrete workshops so that you can learn exactly what you need to get to work quickly.
We take our name from Nova "new star, new beginnings, and new ideas" and merged it with Terra "earth". The collective part of Noverra refers to collaboration and joint learning; the magical process that happens between the educator and the recipient -- spontaneously and with intention.

Our Team
To ensure that you get the best educator for your needs, we offer workshops on additional topics to further your understanding of sustainability. These are offered by industry pioneers who do this work every single day and are, consequently, some of the best, brightest, and most innovative minds in the industry.
Learn from the best -- those who have done the work, learned the hard way, and know how to do it right.

Noverra Collective offers a true collective - a collaboration of minds. This group of educators are not employees of Noverra; they already work for a different institution and/or own their own firms. We are lucky enough to share time with them and learn from them when they take a break from their typical working lives.
